Sartori Foods has announced the acquisition of Linden Cheese Company, Linden, Wisconsin. According to Jim Sartori, President and CEO, “the purchase of Linden Cheese strengthens Sartori Foods’ position in the specialty cheese marketplace and will provide our company with additional unique resources and capabilities.” Over the past 30 years, Linden Cheese has produced a variety of high quality, specialty cheeses with a recent focus on award-winning Blue Cheese. Sartori Artisan Foods, LLC will continue to invest in the facility and place an emphasis on Gorgonzola, Blue Cheese and a number of surface-ripened cheeses.
