Sartori Original, Bellavitano, Honored as Best Uniquely American Cheese PLYMOUTH, Wisconsin.—(November 28, 2007)— Sartori Food Corporation is pleased to announce that Bellavitano, a Sartori Original cheese, has been named the Best Uniquely American Cheese in the recent American Cheesemaker Awards competition.
